Susanne Harvey-Jedlicska

Susanne is a "native" Calgarian who also spent time growing up in Cochrane, Alberta. With post secondary schooling in marketing and macroeconomics, Susanne worked with a local public relations marketing firm prior to establishing Big Picture Multimedia ( Big Picture Technologies)– a local technology company focused on developing internet technologies and web based software applications. Growing the company from a start -up to a publically traded company on the ASE, Susanne was the youngest female CEO of a public company in the history of the exchange.

With a strong background in business planning, marketing, complex contract negotiations and sales, Susanne transitioned to Real Estate in 2000 by turning a hobby/interest into a business. Recognized as a consistent top producing agent over the past 11 years, her knowledge in building, renovation and sales has resulted in a large client base who regularly consult with her regarding inner city development, project design, home selling strategies and home buying advice.

Connecting with and understanding her clients goals are top priority. Buyers are provided with a wealth of knowledge and advice on what to look for in a property and more importantly what property not to look at. She works to develop extensive marketing plans for sellers that detail statistical forecasts, target buyer audience trends and property presentation/improvement goals.

The business has grown through a direct partnership with Sarah Laycock – or what Susanne often refers to as "her better half". The team approach just makes sense. Two Realtors working for you, and with you, at all times.

Susanne resides in the West Hills/Signal Hill community with her husband. When not working, she is an avid reader, part time gym enthusiast, average skier, self taught piano player (not pianist!), internet geek and beginner cook. She is also a proud Board Member for the non-profit "Calgary Public Theatre" which is working to bring theatre, dance and music to communities throughout Calgary.

Sarah Laycock

Sarah Laycock was raised in Hong Kong and England and has called herself a proud Calgarian since 1987. She and her husband live in the inner city where they have raised their 3 children. Sarah's background in sales and customer service with British Airways and Canadian Airlines has provided a strong background in her transition to real estate in 2004.

Having proved herself in her 1st year by becoming the Top Producing Rookie in her office, Sarah has continued from strength to strength and she continues to be a top producing agent and a top producing team.
